GENERAL LOAN CONDITIONS:
(1) Submitting this Loan application does not create an Agreement between Flexi View Lending and the Applicant to provide a Commitment or grant a Loan. If Flexi View Lending decides to approve a Loan, a Commitment Letter will be issued as applicable. The Applicant acknowledges that Flexi View Lending would be the sole Lender for the project described in the application. The Applicant further understands that this application does not serve as a Loan Commitment Letter, nor does it imply that Flexi View Lending guarantees or promises that the Loan for the described project will be approved under any specific terms.
(2) By signing below, the undersigned affirms that the information provided in this application and all related materials is accurate and complete. The undersigned further certifies that there is no discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, or age. The undersigned acknowledges that any Loan Commitment must be documented in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Flexi View Lending. Additionally, Flexi View Lending is authorized to conduct any necessary inquiries to verify the accuracy of this statement and assess the creditworthiness of the business or organization.
(3) The Applicant acknowledges that Flexi View Lending would request an origination fee deposit upon accepting a Commitment Letter by the Applicant. Any such deposits will be collected in accordance with Flexi View Lending policies and procedures.
